This is a \u201ccash only\u201d auction with 10 minute breaks every hour.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Auction to primarily contain fish, plants and equipment\/hardware related to the aquarium hobby.\u00a0 Other aquatic or reptile related items are welcome.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registration of auction items from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Pre-registration on the DSAS website is encouraged. https:\/\/auction.fish\/auctions\/<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items received after 11:00 am will be accepted as time permits. However, you will be assessed a $5.00 late entry fee (payable right then and there).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Public inspection and review of auction items until 11:59 am.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The initial auction period starts at 12:00 noon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All items sold will be on a percentage basis. The split is 75% to the seller and 25% to DSAS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All donations will be accepted and all revenue gained by selling the donated items will become the 100% property of DSAS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All items must have an item number.\u00a0 Auction.fish will assign an item number which can then be printed on a label, please use this feature. Any item without an item number or label will be considered a donation and all proceeds of its sale will go to DSAS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0No zip-lock bags. Seller is responsible for properly bagging to ensure survival of their livestock and prevent leakage. A limit of 75 auction items per person and\/or household, however, no more than 8 bags of fish or plants of the <em>same species<\/em> or <em>variety<\/em> will be allowed per seller.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0No government restricted fish or plants will be allowed under any circumstances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Used equipment must be clean and in working order unless otherwise specifically indicated on the auction item by the seller.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0All livestock must appear to be in healthy condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0The auctioneer reserves the right to not auction any fish, plant or other merchandise that they deem to be in unsatisfactory condition or too young.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0DSAS will NOT be liable for any fish, plant or other item presented for auction but will exercise the greatest possible care to prevent damage, breakage or theft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All buyers must return their bidder card and pay cash for all items won when leaving the auction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0All sellers will receive payment for their auctioned items within 2 weeks of the auction along with an itemized and detailed list of each of their items that were entered into the auction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Any and all unsold auction items are the sole responsibility of the seller and must be removed from the premises at the conclusion of the auction OR upon the seller leaving the auction, whichever occurs first. Any unclaimed items will be assumed forfeited and disposed of by the auction room clean-up team. A $20 deposit fee will be assessed on EACH unsold aquarium tank or stand, regardless of size, left after the auction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Immediate \u201cpush\u201d of an item(s) to the auctioneer &#8211; $1.00 per item and must be paid to a \u201crunner\u201d prior to the item(s) being taken to the auctioneer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0There will be a bagging station complete with air pump for leaking bags. Seller will be responsible for ensuring their livestock is properly double bagged with at  least \u00bc water and \u00be air. No zip-lock bags please!
